Promotional offers cannot be cumulated with other special conditions or discounted rates.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Unless otherwise agreed, all reservations require a credit card guarantee due at time of booking (credit card number, expiry date, and CVV code). To guarantee your booking we’ll be charging you a deposit of 30%.
CHANGES
As long as there is availability for new dates we are happy to change the reservation at no additional fee.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of reservation is free until 14 days before the beginning of the client's stay. Between 13 days and 7 days, the cancellation implies payment of 50% of the price of the reservations. Late cancellation and no-show imply the whole payment of the reservation.
